Mediation Services for Ongoing Cases (Out Of Court Mediation)
This represents attempt of the parties to resort to mediation in case of ongoing disputes. During which the legal action initiated will be postponed not to exceed for 3 months when the parties declare that they will resort to mediation together. If the parties reach a settlement it will not be necessary any more for the court to render a decision on the dispute. However, if the parties do not reach a settlement, they may continue with the legal action at any time. The elapsed time in mediation process is not taken in consideration while calculating the limitation time for ongoing disputes.
